semirural component and people in a city that's a b-sized city and out west where they have access to rural countrysides and shooting and guns and hunting and that kind of thing is part of the culture but look at a map of the united states and look at the density of the united states. most of it's still on the east coast and a lot of people i know on the east coast, cities, don't want to own guns but people should be able to own them. we should not infringe on that bloomberg's hand picked successor. i resent that to some degree and that he needs to control the city hall and gracie mansion and overturned a voter-approved referendum with term limits for two terms. quinn killed the voter referendum at bloomberg's behest and gave him a third term. and i was very, very upset about that. and i just don't think that quinn is trustworthy. i think she's a very, very -- she's a nice person. i met her. but in terms of political aspirations, she is a very untrustworthy person and self serving. >> your grazed knuckle. i want to take a short break and leave the viewers on the cliff hanger, how did

move? this is not a democrat or a republican thing. i've covered city government, i've covered county government. i'll tell you as someone who has watched this nonsense happen, it is ridiculous. we have 50 different rules, was it's done by state. then when you go in those 50 states, then you have different counties. part of the problem, you have federal elections, congressional races, senatorial races, presidential race, and then you have your state and local race. this is the start of -- a starting point, if you will. so if attorney general eric holder had come out with eight or ten different ideas, folks would have been going nuts saying, no, that's too much. it's a way to begin the process, because it is convoluted, in some places, ashleigh, it's so crazy. if you literally move from one apartment, right next-door to the next one, your voter registration is ineligible. that's how crazy it is. >> david, let me ask you this. you suggest that voter registration is just one very little plank in a big problem. and yet so many people, within hours and the next days after the electi

tracks and a city asking how those on the scene allowed it to happen. the initial confrontation was caught on video. two men arguing there. moments after this was shot, witnesses say the man on the right pushed the other man into the tracks. the suspect ran from the station. now, police say they're now questioning a man they picked up nearby that they identified after combing through surveillance video. a freelance photographer who happened to be on assignment for the "new york post" captured this haunting photo seconds before the man's death. that's the cover of the "post" right there. you can see the man in the foreground there and the approaching subway train. here's another photo from the "post" website showing the victim on the tracks with the train when it was farther away. a lot of people are asking tonight why the photographer didn't try to help the man instead of taking photos. the "post" says the photographer wasn't strong enough to lift the victim off the tracks so he was trying to use his camera's flash to try and alert the train's driver to stop. according to reports, t
